Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Early Clue ("the service"), an early-signal radar for tech and AI published under the Dalek persona. By using the website or subscribing to the email, you agree to them.
Early access
The service is in early access. It is provided as is and may change, break, or pause at any time as we build it. Features described on the site may evolve.
The daily email
When you subscribe, you consent to receive the daily digest. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in every email. There is no charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you clearly before any payment applies.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service or its API.
- Do not resell or redistribute the service as your own.
- Use the content for your own creative and editorial work.
Content and sources
Early Clue surfaces and links to publicly available third-party content (for example GitHub, Hacker News, arXiv, Product Hunt and public newsletters). We do not own that content, and the trademarks and names mentioned belong to their owners. The angles and summaries we generate are suggestions to help you write. You are responsible for what you choose to publish, including fact-checking and attribution.
No warranty
We work to keep the signal useful and timely, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or that any topic will perform a certain way. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
